Refund Policy

We want you to enrol with confidence. This policy explains when a refund is available for the TeraSkill Academy DevOps with AWS program.

Cooling-off period

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your enrolment, provided the batch has not yet been completed beyond the first few sessions. This gives you time to experience the training and decide if it is right for you.

How to request a refund

1. Email info@teraskill.com from the address you enrolled with.
2. Include your name, batch and the reason for your request.
3. Our team will confirm eligibility and process approved refunds within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

What is not refundable

• Requests made after the 7-day window has closed.
• Enrolments where a substantial portion of the course has already been attended or where recordings and materials have been downloaded.
• Any promotional or discounted fees explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

Batch changes

If we cancel or indefinitely postpone a batch, you are entitled to either a transfer to the next batch or a full refund — your choice.
