These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to the TeraSkill Academy website and your enrolment in our training programs. By using this site or enrolling, you agree to these Terms.

Enrolment

• Enrolment is confirmed once your registration is accepted and any applicable fee is received.
• Seats in each batch are limited and offered on a first-come basis.
• We may reschedule a batch where necessary; enrolled learners will be notified in advance.

Fees

Course fees are shown on our pricing page and communicated at the time of enrolment. Fees may change for future batches, but the fee confirmed for your batch will not change after enrolment.

Course content and access

• Course materials, recordings and resources are provided for your personal learning only.
• You may not record, redistribute, resell or publicly share course content without written permission.
• Lifetime learning access is provided in good faith and depends on continued availability of the platform.

Learner conduct

We expect respectful conduct in all live sessions and community channels. We may suspend access for behaviour that disrupts other learners or the trainer.

Outcomes

We provide high-quality training, projects and interview preparation. We do not guarantee employment or a specific salary, as outcomes depend on individual effort and market conditions.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
